WHAT is it? Business
Plans for interviews are Plans that you have to attack the Job
within the first 90 days of employment. Present a 90 day attack
plan in the interview.
HOW does it work? The ideas are simple. It is you putting down on
paper how you would organize yourself within the first 90 days of
employment to hit the ground running. Present a 30-60-90 day attack
plan in the interview.
WHY is it a good reason to use a 30-60-90 day plan for an interview?
It’s a good reason to use these because
the top 1-2 candidates in the interview usually bring them into
the
interview with them.
This shows the interviewer that you are extremely focused on this
position.
You know what you want and you know how to get there. You have
come prepared with a Road Map that shows you and them the way of
getting
yourself organizes for the challenges ahead.
You are not writing a Business Plan on the Company or how you would
change things to improve what they are doing. “That would be
foolish”. You are doing a Business Plan for the interview
to show them that you are organized with what you want to get done
and

employment.
